Accessibility Statement
In short: we aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We currently partially conform and have not had an independent audit. Tell us about any barrier and we will help.

1. Our commitment
We want EZ COC to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards only, voice control or magnification. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, with WCAG 2.2 AA as a stretch goal.
2. Conformance status
Partially conforms. EZ COC has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and we have not yet tested the web app and the Android app with a full range of screen readers. We will not claim full conformance until that is done.
3. What we have done
- These legal pages use real headings in order, a skip link, labelled navigation, text sized in relative units and visible focus outlines.
- Text and link colours meet at least 4.5:1 contrast against the page background.
- All controls on these pages work with a keyboard, including the cookie consent banner.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
4. Known limitations
- The web app and the Android app have not been fully tested with assistive technology.
- Photos you upload are only as accessible as the descriptions you write. Please describe each photo.
- COC documents you upload are yours; scanned PDFs and images may not be readable by a screen reader. The PDFs EZ COC generates may not be tagged for accessibility.
- The official templates linked from the ECB website are published by the ECB and we do not control their accessibility.
5. Technical specifications
These pages rely on HTML and CSS and a small amount of JavaScript for cookie consent. They are designed for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and for the Android app's built-in web view.
6. Feedback
If you cannot use part of EZ COC, tell us at privacy@ezcoc.com. Say which page or screen and what assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 7 days and to offer another way to get what you need while we fix the problem.

This statement was created on 30 October 2026 and will be reviewed after any accessibility audit and at least once a year.
